Because no two bodies are the same, every massage is thoughtfully customized to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or simply needing time to slow down. My goal is to create a session that meets your body where it is and supports your body where it needs it most. I combine therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, cupping, stretching, hot stones, muscle scraping, and infrared light therapy when they best support your body's needs and wellness goals. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client in need.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
